Position Overview: Seeking a Season Landscaper with maintenance and landscaping experience to join our team. We are devoted to providing our clients with a safe, beautiful place to live and enjoy themselves. We will rely on you to keep the properties and grounds in peak condition. A well-organized and detail-oriented person will be valued greatly in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance repairs to equipment including but not limited to: Vehicles, lawn care devices
- Exterior Property Presence
- Maintenance repairs
- Report on exterior condition of physical buildings & infrastructure
- Will need to drive a trailer
- March - April
Clear each property of accumulated debris from seasonal change over
Ensure each property is garbage free, determine plan and scope of work for recurring property maintenance
- May - October
Ensure property is garbage free
Maintain lawn care standards set forth by company. Maintain Tree and Shrub presentation
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Groundskeeping: 2 year (Preferred)
- Manual / General Labor: 2 year (Preferred)
- Driver's License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Experience:
- Landscaping: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
